Luria-Bertani (LB) Agar Plates

• Prepoured, 100x15 mm plates with Luria-Bertani (LB) Agar
• Contains 0.1mM IPTG, 150 μg/ml Ampicillin, and 60 μg/ml X-gal
• pH: 7.0
• Keep away from continuous exposure to light

Contains:

• 1% tryptone
• 0.5% yeast extract
• 1.0% NaCl
• 1.5% agar

Plates are pre-tested with 4 recombinant strains of E. coli to demonstrate the efficacy of the antibiotics. All plates have a guaranteed shelf life of 5 weeks from date of shipment. With proper storage most antibiotics are usable for up to 2 months.<-->
