M9 Minimal Salt Broth, Sterile

M9 Minimal Salt Broth is used for the cultivation of recombinant strains of E. coli. M9 Minimal Salt Broth may also be used for the maintenance of F'-containing strains of E. coli with M13 single-stranded, filamentous bacteriophage. Sugar source, amino acids, and antibiotics should be added as desired.
