Qty :

(1x) M9 Salts, (1x) AA Dropout minus Leucine, 1.0% Glucose, 1mM Thiamine, 1mM Magnesium Sulfate, 0.1mM Calcium Chloride.

Add 21.9 grams of M9 Broth powder in 1L of purified water and adjust pH to 7.4.

Allow the powder to dissolve, heat and stir gently if required. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.

Allow the solution to cool to 50°C or below before adding antibiotics or additional nutritional supplements.
