For the cultivation recombinant E. coli strains and for the replication of recombinant ? bacteriophage. No MgSO₄. Contains: 1.0% Peptone 140 (NZ amine), 0.5% NaCl, 0.5% Yeast extract, 0.7% Agar, pH 7.0.
