PTM1 Salts Powder

PTM1 Salts Powder is used for Pichia fermentation. Use 65.93 g/L PTM1 Salts Powder contains Biotin (0.20 g/L), Boric acid (0.02 g/L), Cobalt chloride•6H2O (0.92 g/L), Copper sulfate•5H2O (6 g/L), Iron sulfate anhydrous (35.51 g/L), Manganese sulfate•H2O (3 g/L), Sodium iodide (0.08 g/L), Sodium molybdate•2H2O (0.20 g/L), and Zinc chloride (20 g/L).

Provided as a 2-pack powder content each of PTM1 Salts Part A and PTM1 Salts Part B to make a liter at a time of PTM1 Salts.
Instructions: To make one liter of PTM1 Salts stock solution, add pouch contents of Part A and Part B to deionized water. Add 5 mL of H2SO4 (sulfuric acid), mix, and adjust final volume to one liter. Solution will be blue/green. Filter sterilize to remove particulates. Use 4.35 mL per liter of fermentation medium.
