Sodium Chloride Peptone Broth

For preparation of microbial suspension, dilution or washing. The low content of peptone along with phosphate buffer and sodium chloride maintains the viability of micro organisms without supporting growth.

Composition (g/L):

• 3.6g Potassium phosphate, dibasic
• 7.2g Sodium Phosphate, monobasic
• 4.3g Sodium chloride &
• 1g Enzymatic digest of Casein
