Terrific Broth (TB), Easy-Pack

Terrific Broth (TB) is a highly enriched medium developed to improve yield in plasmid-bearing E. coli. Terrific Broth (TB) does not contain Glycerol. Terrific Broth (TB) comes as an Easy-Pack for easy preparation. One step preparation of media is by mixing the contents of the pack in 992 ml of H₂O and 8 ml of glycerol, sterilize by autoclaving.
