Description

2X YT Broth packaged in convenient ready to use capsules. Simply add 2 capsules to one liter distilled water and heat until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Final pH@ 25°C: 6.8-7.2. Each capsule contains 15.5 g 2XYT Broth. * Digest Peptone 16g/l * Yeast Extract 10g/l * Sodium Chloride 5g/l. This product is sold for laboratory research use only.
