Biotinylated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)

Biotinylated Horseradish Peroxidase is used in amplification of the signal of primary biotinylated antibodies and lectins used in immunohistochemistry. This is done through avidin-biotin complex (ABC) techniques. It can also be used in ELISA and Western Blotting experiments that involve the usage of targets of interest that are bound to streptavidin.

Concentration: 1 mg Biotinylated Horseradish Peroxidase/mL

Buffer: 0.01M Phosphate, 0.15M NaCl, pH 7.2-7.4.

Dilute in HRP stabilization solution (bioWorld SKU: 22050065) and clarify the solution via centrifugation before usage.
