10% Horse serum and 0.02% sodium azide in PBS (10 mM Sodium phosphate, 2 mM potassium phosphate, 10 mM KCl, 137 mM NaCl, pH 7.4± 0.2). Prepared in DI water and filtered. Shipped on blue ice, store at -20 C.
