MOPS Buffer 10X, pH 7.0, Sterile, DNase and RNase Free

MOPS Buffer is one of the original Good's buffers, prepared by adding NaOH to the free acid solution. MOPS is structurally analogous to MES and is frequently used as a buffering agent in biology and biochemistry, widely for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. MOPS Buffer is at a pH of 7.0 and is used for the electrophoretic separation of RNA. This MOPS Buffer is prepared using DEPC-treated water.
