NAP (Non Animal Protein)-BLOCKER provides improved assay sensitivity, clean background and high signal-to-background ratio. Produced from non-animal proteins that are free of biotin and other agents that interfere with immunoassays. Will not cross react with animal source antigens or primary and secondary antibodies. Supplied as a 2X solution, simply mix with water to obtain a 1X ready to use buffer for nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes. Suitable for up to 100 mini-gel blots using plastic bags for reduced volume.
