Plant Vitrifying Solution 2

Plant Vitrifying Solution 2 (PVS2) prepared in plant growth medium salts with the below components:

Components:
30% w/v glycerol
15% w/v ethylene glycol
15% w/v dimethyl sulfoxide
0.4 M sucrose

PVS2 can be diluted diluted with DI water to 25%, 50% and 75%.
