Tris-HCl Buffer 1M pH 9.0, Sterile, DNase/RNase/Protease Free

Tris-HCl is a stabilizing buffer with various applications in chromatography and UV analysis. It is mostly used to adjust and stabilize pH ranges for gel electrophoresis.

For simple dilution during buffer preparation, Tris-HCl Buffer has pH 9.0 and 1M concentration. This autoclaved solution is sterile, so this a suitable choice for cell culture and other applications where contamination could jeopardize results. Prepared with DEPC-treated water for Protease, RNase, and DNase contamination.
