This DNA Marker is ideal for PCR application to accurately estimate the size of DNA fragments. Specifically, it can be used to size fragments between 100-2000 base pairs. The ladder is supplied in a convenient, ready-to-use format, as it is already pre-mixed with a 6X loading dye that can be loaded directly onto the gel.
