DNA Marker (50-1.5kb)

Ideal for PCR application for accurate size estimations of DNA fragments ranging from 50 to 1500 base pairs. The marker is prepared using PCR products and double-stranded DNA digested with appropriate restriction enzymes, phenol extracted and equilibrated to 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 1mM EDTA.
