• Package includes 40 g vitamins to prepare 1L of 1000X vitamin stock solution
• Use 1ml per liter of medium.

Concentration at 1X dilution:

• Glycine: 2.00mg/l (26.64 μM)
• Thiamine HCl: 1.0mg/l (4.06 μM)
• Pyridoxine HCl: 0.5mg/l (2.43 μM)
• Nicotinic acid: 0.5mg/l (2.96 μM)
