Gamborg B5 Medium, w/ Vitamins

Gamborg B5 Medium w/Vitamins is a complete medium for use in plant tissue culture. It is especially effective on Linum album, Eucalyptus camaldulensis, Taxus globosa, and Splachnum ampullaceum. Gamborg B5 Medium contains all of the micronutrients and vitamins necessary for enhanced plant growth.

The vitamins in this Gamborg B5 Medium act as enzymatic cofactors for a number of cellular processes, contributing to enhanced plant growth. Sucrose, Cytokinins, and Auxins should be added as needed, depending on the cell line being cultured. It is to be dissolved at 3.2 g/L in distilled water.
