Jensen's Medium

Jensen's Medium contains (g/L): 1g Calcium phosphate, 0.2g Potassium phosphate, 0.2g Magnesium sulphate, 0.2g Sodium chloride and 0.1g Ferric chloride.

Provided as 1 unit to make 10L, 25L, or 50L of medium

Direction to use: Suspend 1.7g medium with 12g agar in one liter distilled water. Heat to dissolve completly and autoclave to sterilize at 121�C for 15 minutes.
