Luria-Bertani (LB) Agar Plates

Luria-Bertani (LB) Agar Plates are used for the culture of E.coli. LB Medium contains all of the nutrients necessary for cell growth and development.

These complete agar plates are ready to be used, just streak your sample directly on the surface of the gel. After incubating for 1-3 days, colonies of the bacteria should be visible without a microscope.
