Luria-Bertani (LB) Agar Plates, w/ Spectinomycin-50 are prepoured, 100x15 mm plates with Luria-Bertani (LB) Agar. Luria-Bertani (LB) Agar Plates contains 50 μg/ml Spectinomycin and has a pH of 7.0. Luria-Bertani (LB) Agar Plates should be kept away from continuous exposure to light. Luria-Bertani (LB) Agar Plates, w/ Spectinomycin-50 are pre-tested with 4 recombinant strains of E. coli to demonstrate the efficacy of the antibiotics.
