This selective media is used to isolate gram positive bacteria. Contains: 1.80% Bacto Agar, 1.5% Tryptone, 0.50% Phytone, 0.50% Sodium Chloride, 0.25% Phenylethyl Alcohol (PEA), and 5% sheep's blood.
