DIPSO Buffer 0.2M, pH 7.0

DIPSO, also known as 3-(N,N-Bis[2-hydroxyethyl]amino)-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid, is a zwitterionic buffer often referred to as a Goods buffer. Combining with MOPS and HEPES, DIPSO can increase the range of its buffering capacity. This combination lowers the likelihood of toxicity due to its unique ability to expand the pH over a range of temperatures while decreasing individual concentrations.
