Description

Glycylglycine is the dipeptide of glycine and the simplest peptide with a concentration of 0.2M. Glycylglycine is used in the synthesis of more complex peptides. With a low toxicity and buffering capabilites, Glycylglycine is useful as a buffer for biological systems. Ideally, the ranges where it is most effective are between pH 2.5-3.8 and 7.5-8.9. Once dissolved it becomes moderately stable for storage. This product is sterile-filtered.
