MBS with Proteinase Inhibitors

Product Description
MBS with protein inhibitors has a 10X concentration of 100 mL.

Recipe contains:
250 mM MES (pH 6.5)
150 mM NaCl
1% Triton X-100
1 mM Na₃PO₄
2 mM EDTA
1 mM PMSF
1 ug/mL aproptinin
1 ug/mL leupeptin
1 ug/mL pepstatin

The 1 mM PMSF, 1 ug/mL aproptinin, 1 ug/mL leupeptin and 1 ug/mL pepstatin will be sent as a separate lyophilized powder that can be added to the stock solution buffer.
