Coronavirus 2019 Spike (1-260 a.a.), Recombinant

CoV-2 (1-260 a.a) Fc is purified by G-protein chromatography and provided in DPBS. The recombinant is derived from HEK293 and has an analagous receptor-BD-structure to the 2018 strain of SARS-CoV. It is suspected to bind to the ACE2 receptor protein. CoV-2 (1-260 a.a.) contains the novel spike N-terminal domain, Wuhan-Hu-1 strain, and amino acids 1-260 fused to Fc tag at C-terminal.
