Coronavirus 2019 Spike Glycoprotein-S1 Receptor Binding Domain (319-541 a.a), Biotinylated Recombinant

CoV-2-S1 (319-541 a.a) Biotinylated is purified by metal affinity chromatography and provided as a lyophilized powder. The recombinant is derived from HEK293 and has an analagous receptor-BD-structure to the 2018 strain of SARS-CoV. It is suspected to bind to the ACE2 receptor protein. CoV-2-S1 (319-541 a.a.) Biotinylated contains the novel spike glycoprotein S1 receptor binding domain, Wuhan-Hu-1 strain, and amino acids 319-541 fused to His tag and AVI tag at C-terminal.
