Coronavirus 2019 Spike Glycoprotein-S2, Sf9 Recombinant

nCoV-S2, Sf9 is purified by metal-affinity chromatography and provided in DPBS. The recombinant is derived from Sf9, Baculovirus cells and has an analagous receptor-BD-structure to the 2018 strain of SARS-CoV. It is suspected to bind to the ACE2 receptor protein. nCoV-S2 contains the novel spike glycoprotein S2, Wuhan-Hu-1 strain, and amino acids 685-1211 fused to Fc tag at C-terminal.
