Recombinant Hemagglutinin-Influenza A Virus H9N2 Hong Kong 1073/99 (HA-Hong Kong)

Description: H9N2 is a subtype of the species Influenza A virus, whereas the PB1 and PB2 genes are closely related to those of the H5N1 viruses and a quail H9N2 virus A/quail/Hong Kong/G1/97 (0a/HK/G1/97) suggesting that many of the 1997 chicken H9 isolates in the markets were reassortants. Recombinant Full-Length H9N2 A/Hong-Kong/1073/99 is glycosylated with N0linked sugars, produced using baculovirus vectors in insect cells and its MW is 72,000 dalton.

Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered colorless sloution.

Formulation: The protein solution contains 10mM Sodium phosphate, pH 7, 150mM NaCl and 0.01% Tween-20.

Stability: Should be stored at 4°C

Immonological Activity: Western Blot 0.1 μg-1μg per strip, ELISA 1μg/well.

Purity: Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
