Description: E.coli derived recombinant. The protein contains the HIV-I immunodominant regions from gp120.

Physical Appearance: Liquid.

Formulation & packaging: 1mg/ml, 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 4.5, 100mM Sodium Phosphate and 8M urea.

Purity: Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.

Purification Method: Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Stability: Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.

Storage: Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -200C.

Specificity: Immunoreactive with all sera of HIV-I infected individuals.

Applications: Antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for early detection of HIV seroconvertors with minimal specificity problems.
