Description: Recombinant Human Casein Kinase 2 alpha is a non-glycosylated polypeptide having a molecular mass of 45.1kDa. Recombinant Casein Kinase 2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Storage: Recombinant CK2-alpha should be stored at 4 C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. For long term storage it is recommended to store at -20 C. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Purity: Greater than 95.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel.

Dimers and aggregates: Less than 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
