Human Desert HedgeHog (Recombinant)

Human Desert Hedgehog (Recombinant) is purified from E.Coli to achieve a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain with 197 amino acids (23-198) fused to a His-tag (20 a.a.) at the N-terminus. As part of the Hedgehog family it encodes signaling molecules for regulating morphogenesis.
