Human Epiregulin (Recombinant) is purified from E.Coli to achieve a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain with 50 amino acids. As part of the EGF family, Epiregulin is a ligand of EGFR and stimulated proliferation of keratinocytes, hepatocytes, fibroblasts, and vascular smooth muscle cells.
