Human Galectin-14 (Recombinant) is purified from E.Coli to achieve a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain with 162 amino acids (1-139) fused with a 23 amino acid His-tag at the N-terminus . It regulates cell apoptosis, differentiation, and proliferation, predominantly in the placenta.
