Human Interferon Regulatory Factor-2 (Recombinant)

Human IFN Regulatory Factor-2 (Recombinant) is purified from E.Coli to achieve a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain with 133 amino acids (1-113) fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag. It is a member of the IFN regulatory transcription factor family to regulate gene expression of immune response, hematopoiesis, and proliferation. IFN Regulatory Factor is also a tumor suppressor transcription factor.
