Human Interferon Regulatory Factor-5 (Recombinant)

Human IFN Regulatory Factor-5 (Recombinant) is purified from E.Coli to achieve a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain with 101 amino acids (176-240) fused to a 36 amino acid His-tag. It is a member of the IFN regulatory transcription factor family to regulate gene expression of immune response, hematopoiesis, and proliferation. IFN Regulatory Factor is also a tumor suppressor transcription factor.
