Human Interferon-alpha 7 (Recombinant)

Human Interferon alpha-7 (Recombinant) is purified from E.Coli to achieve a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain with 191 amino acids (24-189) fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at the N-terminus. As a member of the alpha/beta interferon family it stimulates the production of a protein kinase and an oligoadenylate synthetase.
