Human Interleukin-34 is purified from E.Coli to achieve a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain with 160 amino acids fused to a 38 amino acid His-tag at the N-terminus. Interleukin is a pro-inflammatory cytokine an initiator of cell-mediated immunity.It promotes the differentiation and viability of monocytes and macrophages.
