Human Interleukin-35 (Recombinant)

Human Interleukin-35 is purified from HEK 293 cells to achieve a heterodimeric polypeptide chain with 442 amino acids. From the N to C termini, it contains a poly His-tag, an EBI3 subunit from Interleukin-27, a p35 subunit from Interleukin-12, and a G rich linker. Interleukin is anti-inflammatory cytokine an initiator of cell-mediated immunity.
