Description

Human Luteinizing hormone Releasing Hormone (LHRH, GnRH)

Source:

Description: Synthetic Human LHRH is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 10 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 1182.4 Dalton.

Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Formulation: Lyophilized from a concentrated (1 mg/ml) solution in water containing no additives.

Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized LHRH in sterile 18MO-cm H2O not less than 100 g/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability: Lyophilized LHRH although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 C. Upon reconstitution LHRH should be stored at 4 C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Purity: Greater than 98.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC, (b) Mass Spectral Anaylsis {MALDI-TOF exhibits correct Mw}.

Amino-Acid Sequence: Glu-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-Gly-Leu-Arg-ProGly-NH2

Usage: BioWORLD's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
