Human Myotrophin (Recombinant)

Human Myotrophin (Recombinant) is purified from E.Coli to achieve a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain with 138 amino acids (1-118) fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at the N-terminus. It is an ankyrin repeat protein that contributes to cerebellar morphogenesis, and neuron differentiation. Myotrophin promotes protein synthesis and cardiomyocyte proliferation to initiate cardiac hypertrophy.
