Presentation: 100 l purified human Transglutaminase II protein at 100 g/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.

Description: Transglutaminase-II is an enzyme from different species containing 685-691 amino acids with 77-85kDa molecular mass, encoded by messages of 3.6kb to 3.9kb. TGASE-II is implicated in programmed cell death, signal transduction, drug-resistance, cell growth, endocytosis, insulin secretion, cell adhesion, cataract formation, and wound healing.

Characterization: On SDS-PAGE commassie blue stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 101-109kDa.

Activity: This protein has biological transglutaminase activities.

Storage & Stability: Store vial at -200C to -800C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
