Human Serum Amyloid A4 (Recombinant) is purified from E.Coli to achieve a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain with 131 amino acids (21-130) fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag an the N-terminus. It is one of the main acute phase reactants and apolipoproteins in the HDL complex.
