Description: Vimentin is the main intermediate filament protein in mesenchymal cells and is therefore of value in the differential diagnosis of undifferentiated neoplasms.

Formulation: Purified human Vimentin protein at 1mg/ml in 30mM Tris/HCL, pH 8, 9.5M urea, 2mM EDTA, 2mM DTT 10mM methylammonium chloride.

Applications: ELISA Inhibition Assays Western Blotting

Characterization: On SDS-PAGE commassie blue stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 86kDa.

Storage & Stability: Store vial at -200C to -800C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
