Description: E.coli derived recombinant. The protein contains the Malaria HSP protein epitopes (33-114a.a).

Purification method: Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Purity: Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.

Protein concentration: 1 mg/ml containing 150mM Imidazole, pH 8.0, 150mM NaCl, 150mM Sodium Phosphate and 50% glycerol.

Storage: Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -200C.

Stability: Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.

Application: Use as an antigen in ELISA and Western Blots.
