Recombinant Murine IFN-gamma produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 134 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15601 Dalton. Recombinant IFN-gamma is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Recombinant Murine IFN-gamma is sterile filtered and appears in a white lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form.
