Description

Synonyms

Ras-related protein Rab-1B, RAB1B.

RAB1B belongs to the RAB protein family, these proteins are low molecular mass monomeric GTPases localized on the cytoplasmic surfaces of distinct membrane bound organelles. RAB1B protein functions in the early secretory pathway and is essential for vesicle transport between the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and Golgi.

Description

RAB1B Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 221 amino acids (1-201 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.3kDa. The RAB1B is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
