Description

Potassium Iodide is used as a fluorescence quenching agent. Traditionally, it has been used as a dietary supplement for iodine. Potassium Iodide can be an effective substitute for Phenol in the isolation of DNA.

High purity Potassium Iodide is assessed for chemical impurities. bioWORLD offers all of the Ethanol, Isopropyl alcohol, and Chloroform necessary for DNA and RNA extraction.

bioWORLD's products are supplied for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as a drug, agricultural or pesticidal product, food additive or as a household chemical.
