Applications

CH-activated Separopore® 4B-CL is a 6-Aminocaproic acid-N hydroxyl succinimide ester-activated Separopore® 4B-CL matrix. It is a pre-activated medium for covalent immobilization of proteins and other ligands containing primary amino groups.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.

  • Swelling: 1 g swells to 3.5 - 4.5 mL gel
