Fetuin Separopore® 4B OnePass™ Column

Bovine fetuin has N-linked glycans with terminal Siaα2-3Galβ1-4GlcNAc, Siaα2-6Galβ1-4GlcNAc and unsubstituted Galβ1-4GlcNAc residues. It also has O-linked glycans that include extended core 1 structures comprised of Siaα2-3Galβ1-3�(Neu5Acα2-6)GalNAc. Thus, bovine fetuin has N-glycans that should be recognized by MAL and O-glycans that should be recognized by MAH lectin. In addition, fetuin has glycans that can be recognized by Sambucus nigra agglutinin (SNA).
